IPTV isn't for everyone, and expectations may be that it's a matter of sign up and go, but this isn't the case for everyone. IPTV is only as reliable as your own setup, meaning that in order to get the best viewing experience there is some things that you yourself can do to help.
Below we are going to explain this as clearly as possible.
QOS, Bandwidth Throttling!
Many ISP's and broadband providers can limit connections during peak periods this can be known by many names (Speed Management, QOS, Traffic Shaping or bandwidth throttling), unfortuantely if your provider is known to do this then you will have an intermittent service whilst viewing. To overcome this, some people have found VPN helps as this tricks your provider into beliving that all traffic is of highest importance and therefore not to limit it.
There is nothing that any IPTV provider can do to help in circumstances of poor, slow or intermitting broadband speeds. The best option for you is to look at another provider who does not have this type of policy.
Security Settings (ISP)
Some UK providers have started to use Software, or DNS configurations to block providers or limit bandwidth to them. This can come in many shapes and forms, the most common being internet security settings that are preconfigured by your ISP to "Protect" you online. Having knowledge on these, it's basically another way of your ISP blocking access to websites that it doesn't want you to visit.
We have a guide on how to check your ISP security settings in our knowledge pages which will allow you to turn these features off. Please note though, it is always recommended to have an alternative Firewall and Anti-Virus software install on your PC's etc.
Complete ISP blocking
This is when the ISP block the service completely. The only way to overcome this is by using a VPN until your provider can overcome this, or work around it. At the time of writing this, Electronic Data Services is not effected by such blocks, however there is no 100% guarentee this won't occur at some point. Any provider who say's otherwise is lying to you. As such VPN is always a recommendation.
Slow Internet
One of the most important factors is having the appropriate speed to cope with the demand of constant streaming. Having slow internet or that below 15Mbps is really going to hamper your viewing experience. It is not recommend to sign up for IPTV if your internet connection is slow, it will cause you endless problems and ticketing with buffering issues etc, which we won't be able to resolve. Our advice is to either upgrade to faster broadband speeds, or to avoid IPTV all together.
WIFI
A great invention and handy for those who have their devices some distance away from their routers. However wifi can cause high pings times and reduce the speed of your internet connection dramatically. It is always a good idea to configure your router with the best WIFI channel for your property. There are many applications on mobile app stores which will provide you with this ability, our advice is to use one of these and set your router to the best channel.
Although WIFI is great for long distance connections, it is still highly adviced to use Ethernet (Cable) when possible, to avoid any loss of speed to and from your device to router.
Device
The one thing people love more than anything is having the option of how and where to view the service. However having the wrong setup can cause you all sorts of problems.
An example is many KODI users, complaining of buffering, crashing etc on Android Devices, especially Firesticks. Low end devices were never designed to be used in this manner, hence issues occur. At best it's like putting a plaster on a tyre repair, at some point it will fail. Our personal recommendation is if you want to experience IPTV, then buy a device which was designed for this purpose, an example being MAG 254's, Buzz XPL 2000 / 3000 or even some higher end E2 devices are now able to cope with IPTV thanks to scripts like Suls.
VPN
VPN is an excellent option, and one which is recommend by us. It not only helps get around ISP throttling, but helps to hide your internet activity and keep things private. However again due to all things internet related, choosing the wrong VPN server can cause headaches. All VPN providers have a vast array of servers, for the pure fact they know that their servers can become overloaded or high demand. It's always a good idea to try switching VPN servers if buffering occurs. A great example is that in the UK, for some reason you'll likely have seen many people say choose servers outside the UK, such as Germany or France. Strange considering you'd think choosing a VPN server close to your own ISP one would work better, however this isn't always the case. It's a matter of trial and error.
Conclusion:
If you are one of those unlucky people who find yourself asking the question "Why does it work for others, but not for me?", then it's likely going to be 1 or more of the above reasons. Any 1 of the above can cause you to experience buffering, have connection drop outs, or prevent the service working at all.

Buffering or channel downtime is to be expected, never ever buy IPTV based on one channel alone, as you will be disapointed. When a channel goes down, we will do our best to restore it ASAP, however when it comes to buffering or even lagging (when your device can't keep up), there is only so much we can do to help you troubleshoot it.
We have worked hard to setup our system to the optimal settings for all users, whereby all streams, all bandwidth etc is equally distributed to all our users, our servers are never overloaded, and are setup to provide ample bandwidth to all corners of the world. One thing to remember we don't have a set peak time, so the speculation that occurs in the IPTV world is wrong whereby people think because it's 6pm their timezone or a football match is on in the UK that it's suddenly caused an increase on demand, we can ressure you, the demand is always the same no matter what time it is, and our servers as previously mentioned are setup to cope with any spike in traffic (should it occur).
