All sales are final, as this is a digital product as soon as payment is made the item is dispatched to you.
It is Electronic Data Services policy that all plans are non-refundable once purchased, we therefore ask that you use our Trial Product to test if the service is compatiable with your setup, purchasing a monthly+ plan will suggest that you've tested the service out prior to puchase and agree that you are happy to continue with service on a per monthly, quaterly, sub-annually or annually term.
